Accommodation Price List - Apartments SOBUL

• Prices are for renting an apartment or apartment studio for one week.
• Prices include electricity, water, heating and final cleaning.
• Prices do not include recreational fees (adults CZK 19.00 per day, children under 18 CZK 4.00 per day).

Commencement and End of Stay

• Checking in is possible from 15:00.
• On the day of departure please vacate apartments and apartment studios by 10:00.

Deposits and Fees

• Extra bed – 200 CZK / person / day
• An advance payment is collected upon firm reservation.
• Upon checking in a deposit in an amount of CZK 1,500.00 is collected. If the apartment or apartment studio is handed over in good condition, the deposit will be returned.
• At the commencement of the stay also local recreational fees per person per day (CZK 19.00 / adults, CZK 4.00 / child under 18) are collected.

Cancellation Conditions

In case the stay is cancelled on the part of the customer, the following terms and conditions apply:

• Not later than 30 days before the commencement: 20% of the total price for the stay
• Not later than 30 days before the commencement: 20% of the total price for the stay
• 29 to 14 days before the commencement: 50% of the total price for the stay
• 13 days and later before the commencement of the stay: 100% of the total price for the stay

The cancellation must be confirmed and cancelled in writing. A decisive factor is the date of delivery.
